Yoga and Sound Healing Session

Get the new year off to a great start by joining Jo and Louise for a beautiful afternoon of yoga and sound healing in the most wonderful setting at Louise's home, GreenHeart, near to Partridge Green. 

We will start the afternoon with a gentle yoga session with Jo, to bring comfort and ease to the body, the perfect way to prepare for the Sound Healing Journey with Louise.  There will be time to reflect on the year ahead and to set / embed our intentions.  After the session there will be time to relax, chat and soak in the wonderful experience with a warm cordial and a piece of cake.
